What's on offer

Participants work full-time on a research project for 10 weeks, receive a research stipend, produce a technical paper, submit interim reports, and present their findings at SURF Seminar Days modelled on professional scientific conferences.

Requirements

Applicants must be continuing undergraduate students, have completed at least their second semester (or third quarter), maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5/4.0 for visiting students, identify a Caltech mentor, submit a research proposal, and remain enrolled after the summer programme.
