Successful candidates are profiled in the Future Leaders publication, invited to networking events, gain visibility with leading employers, and join an alumni network of high-achieving Black professionals and students.
Requirements
Applicants are nominated and assessed based on leadership, achievement, impact, and influence. Shortlisted candidates are invited to interview before the final 150 are selected. The publication primarily focuses on students of African and African Caribbean heritage.
Ideal applicant
High-achieving Black university students who have demonstrated significant leadership, community impact, academic excellence, entrepreneurship, or professional achievement.
